Welcome To Fear City! A survival guide for visitors to the city of New York.

This shirt is based off the cover of a pamphlet made by the NYPD in 1975 as survival guide for people visiting. Crime was at an all time high during this era. Son of Sam was terrorizing neighborhoods. With budget cuts, police and fire layoffs, and bankruptcy looming it was looking grim.

You were asked to stay off the streets after 6pm, do not walk anywhere, avoid public transportation, remain in Manhattan, protect your property, safeguard your handbag, conceal property in automobiles, do not leave valuables in your hotel room nor deposit them in the hotel vault, & be aware of fire hazards.
